Aspire2be internship project

As a team of four, we are to make a video where we define Leadership. We decided look towards the sport section and to interview female sports captains. Through this videos, our audience will see how do the female leaders take their positions in stride and how do they lead their teams.

We were split into teams of four and we have to create a four minute video based on the topic ‘Leadership’. Our team decided that we would do Female Leadership in Sports. Since there were only four people in our group and much to accomplish. Each person had to take up more than one role. For me, my main role was the Editor, Social Media Manager and Director of our group. Minor roles including Cameraman and Floor Manager. It was an internship to allow me to have more insights on the industry, and also allow me to grow as a team player and a leader.

My main duties was to manage emails from both the internals and external, identity them and send them to my colleagues.
