The Argentina Sworn Declaration
The Republic of Argentina and the United States of America. Among its many other provisions, this legally binding agreement provides for a detailed discussion regarding American citizens who might be accused of collaborating with the former military junta through the age of Argentina's military rule. The United States has implemented this agreement to assist in bringing to justice perpetrators of these crimes, such as Argentina's collaboration with the genocidal Operation Argentario in its own fight against the guerillas of the ALBA. In the past, Argentina was one of the countries supporting the ALBA during the 1975 Falkland War.
