1. Handling incoming calls from potential customers. 2. Responding to inquiries, resolving problems and complaints and checking product stocks at clients’ outlets. 3. Visiting outlets in town to promote products and develop new customers.
1. Handling e-mails and calls from employers. 2. Maintaining the relationship with existing employers and developing new partnerships with potential ones. 3. Serving as a translator for our team during all the meetings with the employers. 4. Responsible for customs clearance work.
1. Conducting English lessons of all kinds at the center (group lessons, 1 one 1 VIP lessons and open-day activities). 2. Making teaching materials for the courses, e.g. powerpoint slides, worksheets and exam papers.
