今回はその中からChief Recruitment Officer (CRO) マーキー・ペレズの記事をご紹介します。

彼は日本で15年以上リクルートメントビジネスに携わっており、投資銀行のミドルオフィス及びバックオフィスのポジションが専門領域となります。
その経験を活かし、2020年にアセットマネジメント業界へビジネスを拡大、2022年にはCROに就任しました。
現在はCROとしてリクルートメントビジネスに関わる収益達成責任を担いながらワークフロー改善に取り組んでいます。

• Led SHAHANI’s successful expansion into Asset Management in 2020. In 2022, I have been appointed Chief Recruitment Officer (CRO) at Shahani.
• In his new role he is responsible for all work flow process optimization and full revenue attainment responsibility for all permanent recruitment related businesses.
