スキルハウスのユニークな運営方法に魅力を感じました。典型的な人材紹介会社ではなく、目標達成のためにチームで働くという非常にポジティブな活動が行われています。/ Skillhouse has a unique operation method which attracted me. It is not a typical recruitment company and there is a very positive activity to work as a team to achieve our goals.

Q2. 毎日の仕事内容と、そのやりがいについて教えてください / Please tell us about your daily tasks.
担当するクライアントだけでなく、社内のキャンディデートチームとも連携し、密に連絡を取り合っています。毎日、朝にメールをチェックし、日中はクライアントと一緒に出かけたり、社内のチームと協力してクライアントのためのリソースを探したりしています。/ I regularly keep in touch with my clients as well as the candidate team. Every day I check my email in the mornings and during the day I am out with clients or working with our internal teams to find the resources for my clients.

Q3. スキルハウスで働くことの一番の魅力は何ですか？/ What is the best appeal of working in Skillhouse?
一緒に働いているチームのおかげで、クライアントが必要としているリソースを質的にも効率も良く提供することができることです。/ I would say that the team that I work with allows me to provide my clients with the quality and efficiency fort he needed resources.

Q4. この仕事をしているときのモチベーションは何ですか？/ What motivate you when you working in Skillhouse?
私はチャレンジングなことが好きですし、アグレッシブなセールスも好きです。お客様の要望に応えるためには、自分がNo.1のベンダーになる必要があり、そのために努力しています。私が売上を作れば、チームも売上げを達成することが出来ます。/ I like a challenge as well as the aggressive sales part of the job. I need to always make sure that I am the #1 vendor when my client has any requirements and I strive to do that. When I make a sale, my team makes a sale.

Q5. セールスプロフェッショナルとして成長するために最も重要なことは何だと思いますか？/ What do you think is most important for your growth as Sales professional?
お客様に対する誠実さと信頼関係が重要です。お客様が私と仕事をするのは、私がお客様のために一生懸命働くことを知っているからです。何か問題があれば、私が誠実に対応し、お互いの利益を最優先することを知っているからです。/ Integrity and trust with clients is key. My clients work with me because they know I will work hard for them. They know if there is some issue, I will respond honestly to them and keeps both our best interests as the top priority.
