MTTR jam project
As the moderator, I gathered the opinion from the support engineers in Japan in order to improve the MTTR(Mean Time To Resolution) mesurement using the special site like the Twitter in house. The top management of the support div checked all of opinion after the jam and decided the next action to improve the MTTR.
