In order to keep the quality of our knowledge document, I received the training first. And I became the mentor and took care of some mentees to train the knowedge document quality and the advise to keep a good quality of the knowledge document that the mentees created. After assisting them for a few months, I recommended them to Knowledge management leaders that they completed to get a good quality about the knowledge creation. Then, the mentees became the Publisher permission for the future knowledge documents that our colleagues will create.
