Creative management and art direction of a high-budget video series, with a nationwide and regional marketing strategy, as well as supporting print materials. Conceptualised the brief, pitched and sold strategy to internal stakeholders and supervised video production and budgets. The result: • Competition entries doubled from previous year • Video advertising drew 20% of total competition entries • Targeted strategy reached wide audiences and increased brand awareness • Competition entries exceeded diversity goals for female entries and regional entries
