Tech Nation Rebrand
Creative direction of a £60,000 branding project for a government-funded technology company. Conducted an assessment of previous branding to find strengths, weaknesses and accessibility issues, then delivered the agency brief. Leadership of the project, including regular pitches and progress updates to our CEO. Employed stakeholder management skills to engage team leaders in the business and ensure smooth-running of the project. The result: • Spearheaded delivery of a modern, slick and cohesive new brand • New branding met accessibility requirements expected of a government-affiliated company • Staff engagement with branding significantly increased, it restored a lot of pride in our work • Productivity and creativity among staff members improved • Improved credibility and appeal with external stakeholders • Increased brand recognition
