This paper discusses the characteristics of the development using the web development framework "Ruby on Rails" and "Knockout.js" by comparing the development process to implement an application with a log in function. We presented the result of this research at XLIX Conference on Control Processes and Stability (CPS'18) held in Saint Petersburg, Russia, in 2018 spring. 「Ruby on Rails」と「Knockout.js」の2つのフレームワークを用いて、それぞれでログイン機能を実装したWebアプリケーションを作成し、その実装の過程からそれぞれの開発の特徴を論じたものです。18年春にロシアのサンクトペテルブルグ州立大学で行われた Control Processes and Stability 2018の学会に提出し、発表を行いました。
