We did research on a technology called "Itty Bitty", which enables us to compress the content of a web page into its URL, and discussed the characteristics of this instrument with the comparison of each tool. We presented the paper at the international conference on Advanced Communications Technology (ICACT 2019) and received the Outstanding Paper Award. It was the first time in the history of the University of Aizu that the 3rd year student received that award at the conference sponsored by IEEE.
