This year, our main goals for Wantedly are to first bring our UI and UX to global standards. We aren't satisfied with an adequate product, we want to make a beautiful product that can be intuitively used worldwide. Second, we want to increase our userbase to hit 1 million MARU (monthly active registered users). These are lofty goals, but we like the challenge! At this current time, we are searching for Devs to join us in three of our main teams; Product, Growth, and Business Engineering. Product New joiners who join the international product team will be working on the development of new features for Wantedly Visit. Their general tasks may look as follows: - Ensure that the product is easily translatable - Ensure the translations display properly - Implement country-specific features - In general using Typescript, React, Rails and sometimes Go - Helping to improve the overall product through feature design and implementation. You would be expected to speak at least N2 Japanese, and fluent English to join the product team. Business Engineering New joiners who join the business engineering team will mainly be communicating with the overseas and business development members in order to assist them in growing the business. Their general tasks may look as follows: - Generating and refining business intelligence - Fixing bugs upon request - Improving the user experience - Improving the client experience - Help increase the user base - Regular contact and knowledge sharing with overseas teams. - Mainly using React and Rails Growth We are currently looking for an android developer. The growth team mainly works on increasing the number of users on Wantedly Visit.
