Attrition at 5%
To reduce attrition from 8% to 5%. Overall organisation attrition was at 16%. Extracted & analysed various data points to identify the focus points (like states, age group, level, reasons etc). Introduced customised employee engagement initiatives to pro actively identify probable attrites. Also introduced various retention methods as a reactive approach. We closed the year at 6% attrition & 32% retention.
